Merry Christmas!!

With less than six hours before Christmas officially arrives in the eastern time zone, I would like to take the opportunity to wish you and yours, a very, Merry Christmas.  May you get all you wished for, and I do hope the day goes well.  Do remember those who are less fortunate this time of year, keep them in your prayers.  For it is this time of year that reminds us of the value of charity.

Remember those who are unable to return home and be with loved ones, particularly those serving in our armed forces in distant lands.  Remember those who have died both recently, and not-so-recently, so that we have the right to worship from our own pews.  Remember those who are unwell this Christmas, who are spending this holy day in a hospital, rather than at home, surrounded by loved ones.  Godspeed to all.

Christmas means different things for different people, and those are some of the things it means to me.  Love of fellow man.
